We politely request that if you are displaying any symptoms of Covid-19 please call us to postpone your visit. You will have the option to:
- Change your Arrival Date
- Credit your Account
2. If you become unwell whilst staying at the holiday park:
Please notify reception immediately by calling 01237 473263. It is important that we prevent the spread of COVID-19 amongst our guests and staff, and you may be required to leave the park and return home. Please note it is the individual responsibility of our guests to consider other holidaymakers and our team members, trying as much as possible NOT to spread infection.
3. Will I have to wear a face-covering in the park?
You are no longer required to wear a face mask when moving through or in public indoor areas.
4. What will Braddicks Holiday Centre do if they think a visitor has Covid-19 at the park?
We have the right to refuse entry and politely ask any guests or team members to leave who are showing signs of being unwell. However, we ask that if any visitor feels unwell before arrival that they postpone their visit and notify us.
5. Is The Pier House Bar, Bistro and Restaurant open?
Yes, they are and as they are very popular, we strongly recommend that you book for dining in the restaurant in advance. However, the bar and terraces remain on a first-come, first-served basis. Hand sanitiser will be available at the entrance.
6. Is Ho!Barts Amusement Centre open?
Yes, they are and hand sanitiser will be available at the entrance and throughout the venue.
