  1. What should I do if I think I have Covid-19 and have a holiday booked?

We politely request that if you are displaying any symptoms of Covid-19 please call us to postpone your visit. We have in place our Coronavirus 3 step promise, to give you peace of mind. You will have the option to:

  • Change your Arrival Date
  • Credit your Account
  • Request a refund

 

  1. Will I have to wear a face-covering in the park?

In line with government guidance, we kindly ask our guests to continue to wear a face covering, unless exempt, when moving through or in public indoor areas.

 

  1. What will Braddicks Holiday Centre do if they think a visitor has Covid-19 at the park?

We have the right to refuse entry and politely ask any guests or team members to leave who are showing signs of being unwell. However, we ask that if any visitor feels unwell before arrival that they postpone their visit and notify us.

 

  1. Is Braddicks Holiday Centre providing additional sanitising?

Yes, thorough disinfecting of each accommodation after guests depart and prior to our cleaning teams entering the unit using the latest and safest disinfecting fogging machine technology. An extended and enhanced cleaning and sanitisation system has been implemented to reduce the chances of infection being transferred. This also extends to all doors and handles and handrails.

 

  1. Is The Pier House Bar, Bistro and Restaurant open?

Yes, they are and as they are very popular, we strongly recommend that you book for dining in the restaurant in advance. However, the bar and terraces remain on a first come, first served basis. Table service also remains in place for this venue.  Hand sanitiser will be available at the entrance. We kindly ask our guests to continue to wear a face covering, unless exempt, when moving throughout this public indoor areas.

 

  1. Is Ho!Barts Amusement Centre open?

Yes, they are and hand sanitiser will be available at the entrance and throughout the venue. We kindly ask our guests to continue to wear a face covering, unless exempt, when moving throughout this public indoor area.

 

  1. What measures have you put in place with your Team to minimise the spread of Covid-19?

Your check-in will be carried out from our new dedicated COVID safe Reception office.  All of our Teams have undergone training on how to prevent the spread of Covid-19. Any Team member who shows symptoms, upon arrival for work, will be immediately sent home and must obtain a PCR test and will be required to self-isolate for the recommended time prior to returning to work. We have also asked all our teams to continue to wear face coverings.
