Due to this, there has been an increase in people looking for dog friendly holidays, especially in Devon. So far this year, there has been a 61 per cent increase in searches for dog friendly accommodation over the same time last year, with this number ever increasing.

Searches for dog friendly accommodation in holiday parks has increased at 131 per cent year on year, showing that family holidays just aren’t the same without your four legged friend!

In a recent report released by the Kennel Club, 71 per cent of dog owners said they would be more likely to take a holiday if they could bring their dog with them, as they either couldn’t afford kennel costs, or couldn’t bear to leave their pet behind.

With such outstanding natural beauty, great dog friendly beaches and coastal walks, it is no surprise that people are venturing to Devon with their furry friends to enjoy a holiday.

Here at Braddicks Holiday Centre, we have specially adapted dog friendly villas, which are set within lovely grounds with your very own dog exercise area.
