The festival is designed to help individuals who are experiencing stress in day to day life to learn more about ways to unwind and relax, as well as offering the opportunity for them to leave feeling pampered.

Specialists from many different areas will be in attendance, such as massage, life coaching, tai chi and even the chance to have a tarot or psychic reading.

Talking to these individuals will help to aid people in creating a well-balanced lifestyle, and the director of The Big Sheep, Rick Turner, is sure that those in attendance will leave being able to enjoy happier and more fulfilling lives.

Diana Brook is going to be the guest speaker at the festival, and is the creator of the popular “The Mind, Body and Soul Workout Guide”. Diana is a natural health and healing practitioner who is based in South Wales, and will be hoping to enthuse visitors with her talk on Coloured Light Therapy

If you are interested in attending the Festival, more information can be found on The BIG Sheep website here. You will also be able to book your tickets, and find out more about the range of specialists who will be in attendance.
