Update from 13/10/2020


Existing Holidays between 5th November – 2nd December 2020
We politely request that customers do not contact us directly via telephone as we will be unable to take the call.
We will be contacting everyone who has a holiday booked during this time.
1. From the 5th November – 2nd December 2020 the holiday park will temporarily be closed to guests.
2. All guests with reservations during this time will be contacted directly as a priority.
3. Please be assured that any monies paid to date on reservations will not be lost.
4. Guests will have the option to amend holiday arrival dates, keep their money paid thus far on account to be used at a later date, or receive a refund.
5. We will promise to contact all customers but ask you to bear with us at this unprecedented time.
We ask you not to contact us but in turn please wait for us to contact you, we promise that we will, so please bear with us.
We will continue to follow government guidelines.

Holidays between 14/10/2020 & 10/11/2020

Due to the latest government restrictions which come into effect on the 14th October 2020, guests whose home address and postcode fall within Tier 3 (very high), will not be permitted to continue with their holiday whilst the current restrictions are in place.

Because of this, we can offer you one of the following three options;

1.    Move your holiday arrival date to another time

2.     Keep monies on account to use at a later date

3.     Request a full refund

All guests who are due to travel between the above dates who fall into Tier 2 (high), and Tier 1 (medium) must also check their postcode to see how the new restrictions may affect you and your holiday.

Please note that under these new regulations, it is your responsibility to understand how these new measures may affect your forthcoming holiday. Please be aware that should your given address be affected by local or national restrictions applied by Governments or local Councils during the current COVID-19 pandemic, it is your responsibility to understand how these measures may affect you, and how they may affect your forthcoming holiday.

UPDATE 14/09/2020

Please note the following:

Overnight Stays Overnight Stays From 14 September 2020 you should not go on holiday in England with people you do not live with (or who are not in your support bubble) in a group larger than 6 people. You should ensure that that you maintain social distancing with anyone you do not live with or is not in your support bubble.

Meetings outdoors From 14 September 2020 when meeting friends and family that you do not live with you must not meet in a group of more than 6 indoors or outdoors, you should do this while observing social distancing guidelines and keeping at least 2 meters apart.

Gatherings outdoors  From 14 September 2020 it will be against the law to meet with people you do not live within a group larger than 6 (unless you are meeting as a household or support bubble).

Reservations with more than 6 guests staying We are assuming that a reservation with more than 6 guests staying are all from the same household or support bubble.


MESSAGE OF ASSURANCE Updated 12/03/2020

At Braddicks Holiday Centre, the health and safety of our guests and team is our number one priority. We want to assure you that we have stringent cleaning and hygiene procedures in place and have taken every precaution necessary to protect your health and that of our staff during your stay at our holiday park.

We want our guests to be comfortable and confident when choosing to book with Braddicks Holiday Centre and we are very much open for business as usual.

We fully understand the hesitation many people feel at the moment when deciding to book a holiday and to help put our guests’ minds at ease, our flexible cancellation policy now allows you to book with the confidence of being able to change your arrival date up to 48 hours prior to your holiday and any monies paid will be held for a future booking at the holiday park subject to availablity.

We would like to reassure you that we are closely monitoring and following Government guidance to ensure you can enjoy the stay you deserve.

Please also be assured that our strong focus on hygiene extends to all our bars, restaurants and entertainment centres.
