Temperatures set to remain unseasonably high

North Devon is expected to see temperatures remaining unseasonably high for the remainder of the week, before dipping off slightly at the weekend.Temperatures set to remain unseasonably high holiday homes in Westward Ho! Braddicks Holiday Centre

Temperatures have been as high as 17C over the past few days, which is understood to continue through until the early parts of the weekend.

Forecasters from the Met Office have said that Thursday and Friday will continue to see temperatures of between 17C to 18C, and there will still be lots of sunshine.

Friday has also been slated as potentially being the hottest day of the year thus far, and will beat the highs of Portugal, Spain and Turkey!

Temperatures are then set to drop back to the average for this time of year, which is 11 to 12C, which is still a great temperature. However, because the weather has been so warm of late, people may notice a marked difference if they have been enjoying the recent sunshine, so it is advised to make the most of it whilst it lasts!

This great weather is a glimpse at what the summer is set to bring to North Devon, with many predicting summer will continue in the same vein as the bank holiday weekend. With this in mind, why not book into one of our holiday homes in Westward Ho! and stay with us here at Braddicks this summer?
